How much does shipping cost?

We provide free international shipping on all orders.

Do you deliver to my country?

Yes, we ship internationally and shipping is free. All orders are fully insured. Once you order you'll get your own tracking number emailed to you.

Do I get tracked shipping?

Yes. When your order has been dispatched, we'll send you an email with the tracking number and a link to the website where you can track it.

How long does delivery take? 

We ship worldwide using premium shipping, which reaches most customers within 7 to 14 business days. You get a tracking number and free insurance with every order.

What if I’m out when my order arrives?

If you're out when your package is delivered, your mail person will find a safe place to leave your parcel or will take it to the nearest Post Office. They will leave a card explaining how you can collect your parcel. 


Orders will be held at your nearest Post Office for 10 working days before being returned to us.


Don't forget to take the delivery notification (collection card, SMS, email) and some photo ID registered to your delivery address when you collect your order in person.

How will my order be packaged?

We carefully package your order carefully so it can't bend or crease, so you can rest assured it will arrive in pristine condition.

If your parcel is more than 7 working days overdue, please email us.
